Terms of Sale

The Billionaire Social Calendar (the “Calendar”) is a digital product published by CARRA CLUB. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.

What you are buying

A digital download: one or more seasonal editions of the Calendar in PDF form, and, when you buy the Calendar in full, a personalized One-of-One Edition. The Calendar is delivered electronically. Nothing physical is shipped.

Your license

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to view and use the Calendar for your own purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or share the files or download links. Access is tied to the email you purchased with.

Informational only

The Calendar is provided for informational purposes. Events are organized by the season and month in which they typically occur, and exact dates, locations, and access change from year to year. Confirm details directly with each organizer before making plans. CARRA CLUB is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any event, organization, or venue referenced, and inclusion does not imply a guarantee of access.

Delivery

After payment you are directed to a delivery page and can unlock your editions by entering your purchase email. Download links are time-limited; re-enter your email anytime to generate new ones.

Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to sell and deliver the Calendar and to support you.

What we collect

Your email address and purchase details, and, if you build a One-of-One Edition, the preferences you submit (the audiences and focus you choose). We do not collect payment card details; those are handled by our payment processor.

How we use it

To process your purchase, deliver your editions, build your One-of-One Edition, and provide support. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it except with the processors below who help us run the product.

Service providers

We use trusted third-party providers to process payments, store and deliver your files, and send email. They handle your information only to provide the service.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing billionaire@carraclub.com. We retain purchase records as needed for our records and legal obligations.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. The Calendar is a digital product delivered instantly, so purchases are non-refundable once access is provided.

If something is wrong, a file will not download, an edition is missing, or a link does not work, email billionaire@carraclub.com and we will make it right by redelivering your edition.

Where digital-goods consumer protections apply, by completing your purchase and accessing the download you acknowledge that delivery begins immediately and you consent to waive any applicable cancellation or withdrawal period.
