Terms of Sale

The Billionaire Social Calendar (the “Calendar”) is a digital product published by CARRA CLUB. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.

What you are buying

An instant digital download: one or more seasonal editions of the Calendar in PDF form, delivered as attachments to a single email sent to your purchase address the moment payment completes. Nothing physical is shipped, and nothing is hosted for you to return to.

Your license

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to view and use the Calendar for your own purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or share the files. The editions are delivered to the email you purchased with, and the files are yours to keep.

Informational only

The Calendar is provided for informational purposes. Events are organized by the season and month in which they typically occur, and exact dates, locations, and access change from year to year. Confirm details directly with each organizer before making plans. CARRA CLUB is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any event, organization, or venue referenced, and inclusion does not imply a guarantee of access.

Delivery

Delivery is by email, once, immediately after payment. Your editions arrive attached to that message as PDF files from billionaire@carraclub.com, and downloading them saves them permanently to your own device. There is no account and no login: the email is the delivery, so save the files where you will find them again. If the email has not arrived within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then write to billionaire@carraclub.com.

Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to sell and deliver the Calendar and to support you.

What we collect

Your email address and purchase details. We do not collect payment card details; those are handled by our payment processor.

How we use it

To process your purchase, deliver your editions, and provide support. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it except with the processors below who help us run the product.

Service providers

We use trusted third-party providers to process payments and send email, including the message that carries your editions. They handle your information only to provide the service.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing billionaire@carraclub.com. We retain purchase records as needed for our records and legal obligations.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. The Calendar is a digital product delivered instantly, so purchases are non-refundable once the files have been sent.

If something is wrong, the email never arrived, a file will not open, or an edition is missing, email billionaire@carraclub.com and we will make it right by resending your edition.

Where digital-goods consumer protections apply, by completing your purchase and receiving the download you acknowledge that delivery begins immediately and you consent to waive any applicable cancellation or withdrawal period.
